Chanel Pop-up Returns to Covent Garden in time for Christmas

Have you been to see the Chanel pop up yet? NO? Well, we suggest you do so, and pronto, because the iconic monogram made its Covent Garden return on Tuesday night, just in time for us to write our Christmas lists.

Inside the boutique, it’s all about perfume. Think super-sized vats of No. 5, and limited edition bottles to buy. There are mini ones too though, so don’t panic boys – we won’t be expecting a litre of No. 19 under the tree this year, although, it’s not just the old favourites – the entire fragrance collection is on sale, and that means choices, choices, choices. Time to test whether your man has been listening all this time.

For those overwhelmed by choice, though, gift vouchers (a first for Chanel) will be available to purchase. And they’ll even do the writing for you (read: no more scratchy scribble), in beautiful French calligraphy. They have thought of everything! It’s a Chanel-ite’s heaven – the walls are littered with images of Brad Pitt (swoon) from the fashion house’s latest pour homme campaign, and it’s the only place in the entire country right now, where you can find the Chanel Christmas Collection (you know the drill  – eye-shadow quads in fabulous Chanel quilting,  vampy lip colours and Le Vernis nail colour, plus monogrammed blush with a delicate light powder).

Best part? You can even book a mini Chanel-over, £25, which is redeemable against beauty buys. And well, according to beaut-onomics, it would be rude not to buy. Right?

It’s Christmas by Chanel. We love.
